Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the AlbumLove app or related services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AlbumLove.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlbumLove ("we", "our", or "the app"), including the iOS application and the website at albumlove.nl. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your country) and that you accept these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, after reasonable notice.
Certain features of AlbumLove may require a paid subscription ("AlbumLove Premium"). All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement and Apple's billing terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create or share in AlbumLove, such as your album collection, lists, notes, and feed posts ("User Content"). By using the app, you grant AlbumLove a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share your User Content within the app as necessary to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using AlbumLove, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use AlbumLove to:
We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The AlbumLove app, its design, graphics, logo, and all software are the property of AlbumLove and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app or content without our prior written permission.
Album artwork, artist names, and other music-related content displayed in the app are the property of their respective rights holders and are used solely for informational and identification purposes.
You may stop using AlbumLove and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account in the app.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
AlbumLove is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlbumLove and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will post the updated version at this URL and indicate the revised date at the top of the page. Where required, we will notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of AlbumLove after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
